All steaks are "PRIME" quality as well as hormone and antibiotic free !!! We have introduced on to our menu meals you will never see on Shrewsbury Street. Such as Kobe Beef (Yish Yaki - hot rock) which is cooked at the table !! Bone-in Fillets, Venison Fillets, Duck Breast, and even Wild Boer !!!!! All of these fantastic meals are under watchful eye of Chef Sean McCabe. A 25 year veteran of the food industry, Chef McCabe had a style and technique far superior to all others in his class.
